Role & responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across Government and Enterprise customers.

- Build long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships.

- Lead customer presentations, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.

- Coordinate with technical teams for successful project execution.

- Represent Dronitech at customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

- Work directly with the Company Directors to define business strategy and expand Dronitech's market presence.

Preferred candidate profile

- Comfortable working with challenging sales targets and enterprise deals.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- Willingness to travel across India for 510 working days per month for customer meetings and business development activities.

- Experience in Government tenders, GeM, RFPs,



and procurement processes is an added advantage.

- Experience in Robotics, Drones, Unmanned Systems, AI, Defense, Aerospace, or Industrial Automation is a significant advantage.

- Ability to understand or speak Marathi while interacting with Government officials is an added advantage.

Perks and benefits

- Total Monthly Compensation: Up to 1,00,000

- Fixed Salary: 40,000 - 80000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

- Performance Incentive: Balance amount based on achievement of monthly sales and business development targets - 20,000

- % age incentive can also be discussed based on business deals
