Responsibilities

- Perform opportunity assessment activities, assist business in calculation of automation perks, verify cost time calculation from automation partners and help the automation customers build Business Cases for the automation initiatives.

- Manage the planning of future process on-boarding, support timely delivery of automation.

- Create and deliver automation status reporting to communicate to stakeholders.

- Facilitate coordination communication between various parties involved in automation delivery: business SME, developer, architect, controller with the aim of delivering the required automation within the agreed timeframe and budget.

- Support automation testing plan,



UAT and monitor test scenarios outcomes and timely resolution of errors throughout development, testing and post-implementation.

- Customer engagement with the purpose of expanding automation scope.

This engagement can be done via various channels: showcase discussions, workshops, service reviews, yammer intranet posts.
