Associate Area Business Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard Agency Business Partners (Agents).
- Build and manage a strong agency network.
- Train, guide, and motivate Agents to achieve sales targets.
- Drive Life Insurance sales through the agency channel.
- Conduct field visits and meet Agents and customers as required.
- Monitor team performance and achieve business and premium targets.
- Support Agents in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Use digital tools and technology for sales management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and business ethics.

Requirements:

- Good communication and networking skills.
- Ability to train and manage a team.




- Target-oriented and achievement-driven.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field role.
- Sales/Insurance/Business Development experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
