We’re Hiring | Customer Service Representative
BAAREEKI is looking for a warm, articulate and customer-first Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely.
You’ll be the voice of BAAREEKI for our customers — handling conversations across chat, email and phone, helping with order queries, deliveries, returns/exchanges and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with patience and clarity.
What we’re looking for
- Graduate with minimum 6 months of relevant experience in customer service/support
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, both written and spoken
- A genuine intent to help customers and resolve their concerns
- Comfortable handling customers over calls, chats and emails
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and logistics preferred
- Comfortable using Excel, apps/software and AI tools
- Tech-comfortable, adaptable and keen to learn current tools and processes
- Organised and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership
- Must have a laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection
Role: Customer Service Representative
Work Mode: Remote / Work from Home
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on relevant work experience
