Hi,

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Technical Facility Manager to join CBRE and manage technical facility operations for a client site located at Powai, Saki Vihar Road, Mumbai.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting smooth, safe and efficient technical operations of the facility, including MEP services, preventive maintenance, vendor management, compliance and client coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily technical facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, fire & life safety systems, plumbing and associated MEP equipment.
- Plan and monitor preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure PPM schedules are completed within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with OEMs, AMC vendors and other technical service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs/KPIs.
- Maintain technical records, equipment history, checklists, logbooks and MIS.
- Ensure statutory, safety and EHS compliance across technical operations.
- Support technical and safety audits and ensure timely closure of observations.




- Carry out incident analysis/RCA and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify opportunities for energy savings and improvement in operational efficiency.
- Supervise the technical team and ensure appropriate deployment and performance.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams for effective service delivery.
- Handle technical escalations and ensure minimum disruption to business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Technical qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Relevant experience in Technical Facility Management / Engineering Operations / MEP Maintenance.
- Exposure to corporate offices, commercial buildings or large facilities will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, DG, fire & life safety and other building services.
- Experience in vendor management, preventive maintenance and compliance.
- Good communication and client/stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work from the client location at Powai, Saki Vihar Road, Mumbai.
