Job Title: Assistant Team Lead– CRT Term

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing business issuance processes and maintaining high-quality service standards for Life Insurance partners. The role ensures smooth end-to-end policy processing, active stakeholder communication, and strict adherence to regulatory quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Issuance Process Management: Oversee business issuance across Life Insurance partners, checking attribution statuses and reviewing call recordings to drive maximum issuance percentage.
- Pipeline Tracking: Perform continuous follow-ups on assigned cases, ensuring no untouched cases exceed a 2-day threshold.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain transparent, two-way communication with Underwriters, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), internal departments, customers, and Insurer Operations teams.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain call quality parameters during customer interactions and complete verification processes in compliance with quality benchmarks.
- IRDA Compliance:



Ensure regulatory standards are met by marking verified calls as AV during the verification phase.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Issuance NOP Benchmark (70% Weightage): Evaluated against the team’s average Number of Policies (NOP) issuance percentage over a rolling period.
- Quality Score Benchmark (30% Weightage): Call quality scores assigned monthly by the Quality Team, targeting a score above 93%–95%+ for top ratings.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience in insurance operations, underwriting follow-ups, or customer retention roles (Life Insurance preferred).
- Working knowledge of IRDA compliance rules and call verification protocols.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Analytical ability to track case statuses and meet strict monthly performance metrics.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
