- 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
- Experience in property consulting, channel sales, direct sales,

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Target-driven, ambitious, and passionate about sales
- Candidates with experience in residential, villa, or plot sales will be preferred
