Role & responsibilities

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and course materials in Electronics and Communication ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry relevance.

- Facilitate interactive learning experiences that encourage student participation and critical thinking.

- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their academic journey.

- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the curriculum, integrating creative teaching methods and technologies.

- Conduct research, contributing to scholarly publications and presentations at academic conferences.

- Mentor and advise students on academic and career pathways, fostering their professional development.

- Participate in departmental meetings and committees, contributing to strategic planning and program development.

- Stay current with advancements in VLSI design, Microelectronics and educational practices, implementing new ideas into the classroom.





- Engage with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and to explore opportunities for student internships and projects.

- Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the classroom, ensuring all students feel valued and supported.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate should possess either M. Tech /PHD in VLSI design or Microelectronics.

- Preference will be given to candidates possessing PHD in the above specialization

- Candidates should possess expertise in Digital VLSI Design and Verification, Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design, ASIC and FPGA-Based System Design, CMOS Technology and Semiconductor Devices, VLSI CAD and EDA Tools, Physical Design, Layout and Verification, Low-Power VLSI and Emerging Semiconductor Technologies, Semiconductor Fabrication and Nanoelectronics
