- Lead & manage the production team towards timely fulfilment of customer orders in an efficient manner with compliance to quality & safety requirements

- Production planning for the month, quarter based on forecast, orders

- Plan & manage raw material inventories, subcontract operations

- Lead & manage production output, quality & people issues (if any) on a daily basis

- Conduct RCA for recurring issues (technical & non-technical) & implement CAPA

- Enforce adherence to SOPs and established ISO procedures

- Modify SOPs where needed and build a culture of Continuous Improvement

- Oversee & analyze records of production performance, quality checks & preventive maintenance

Experience & Technical Skills:

- 6 - 8 years experience in a Production role (NOT Maintenance), preferably in discrete manufacturing. Candidate should be technically sound in electrical engineering basics.

- Should have led Production independently for a small business or at a minimum for a product line & has been responsible for on time, in full delivery of customer orders

- Production Planning experience mandatory

- Should be able to converse fluently in Telugu

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
