Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end operational activities, including daily workflow management, resource allocation, and process execution.

- Lead and supervise teams to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Monitor operational performance, KPIs, TAT, and process efficiency.
- Handle client coordination, escalations, and stakeholder management.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and company policies.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Manage workforce planning, team performance, and employee development.




- Ensure smooth execution of all operational activities from process initiation to completion. **Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end operations and team management.
- Experience in process management, client handling, MIS reporting, and KPI monitoring.
