Job Responsibilities

- Assist the CNC/VMC Machine Operator in daily production activities.
- Load and unload components from CNC/VMC machines.
- Assist in machine setup, tool changing, and component setting.
- Check components using vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
- Maintain proper quantity and identification of components.
- Check for basic visual defects and inform the Operator/Supervisor.
- Clean machines and maintain the work area.
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Handle tools, components, and materials carefully.
- Assist in achieving daily production targets.
- Follow 5S and maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Report machine problems, tool damage, or abnormal conditions to the Operator/Supervisor.
- Be willing to learn CNC/VMC machine operation.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical preferred Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
