Financial Reporting & Closures - Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting in line with Indian Accounting Standards and company policies.

Statutory Compliance & Audit - Handle compliances under GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, and coordinate with statutory & internal auditors for timely completion of audits.

Financial Analysis & Decision Support - Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis,



and business performance insights to support strategic decision-making by management.

Payroll & Employee Benefits Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, statutory contributions, and reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable – Manage vendor payments, credit control, collections, and reconciliations to ensure smooth operations.

Process Improvement & Controls – Strengthen internal financial controls, optimize processes, and leverage technology for efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with operations, HR, and senior management to align finance with business goals.

Experience :

Experience in Manufacturing/Trading/CA Firms preferred

Relevant Experience - 4 - 10 yrs in similar role
