About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sea Export Pricing to manage sea export rate procurement, carrier negotiations and space availability while supporting the CS/Sales team with competitive and accurate pricing

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Sea Export pricing requirements and rate procurement.
- Procure and negotiate rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders and overseas agents.
- Check and secure space availability, sailing schedules and cut-off dates.
- Evaluate carrier options based on rates, service and availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines and service providers.
- Provide timely and accurate pricing information to the CS/Sales team.
- Monitor rate validity, surcharges and market movements.
- Take ownership of pricing and carrier-related issues arising from commitments made by the Pricing team and ensure timely resolution.




- Guide the Pricing team and ensure timely and accurate response to pricing requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 4–7 years of experience in Sea Export Pricing / Freight Forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of Sea Export and ocean freight.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Good knowledge of shipping lines, NVOCCs and freight markets.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Graduate in any discipline.
