About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, target-driven Assistant Manager – Field Sales to drive new business development and revenue growth across Chennai and South India. This is a hands-on, on-ground sales role focused on acquiring new manufacturing and industrial customers, with strong potential to grow into a people-management position within the first year.

What You Will Do

1. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned regions and customer verticals.
2. Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by acquiring and retaining industrial/manufacturing customers.
3. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
4.



Travel extensively across Chennai and South India to meet clients and explore new markets (approx. 4 days a week in the field).
5. Operate in a target-driven environment, working toward an annual revenue target of 3+ Cr.
6. Take on team leadership responsibilities as the role evolves (people may start reporting to you after the first year).

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience, with a strong track record of hitting targets of 3+ Cr annually.
2. Background in Adaptable Packaging strongly preferred; candidates from Industrial Consumables or those selling into Manufacturing customers also considered.
3. Any graduate.
4. Fluent in Tamil, with good English communication; proficiency in another South Indian language is a plus.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
7. Preferred age range: 30–40 years.
