- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of IT or non-IT recruiters to hit daily and monthly placement targets.
- Client Management: Act as the point of contact for key client accounts, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring quality candidate shortlisting.
- Process Oversight: Monitor end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from sourcing and interviewing to offer rollouts and onboarding.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, submission-to-interview ratios) and report team progress to senior management.
- Business Development Support: Help pitch to prospective clients and map market trends to expand the firm's client portfolio.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
