Assistant Manager – Product Adoption & Growth

Compensation: ₹35,000–45,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-facing Product Adoption & Growth professional to help corporate and agency customers understand, adopt, and actively use StudioIP, our technology platform for managing creative-service requirements.

This is not a conventional sales or digital marketing role. The focus is on customer onboarding, product demonstrations, activation, engagement, and repeat usage.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations based on customer requirements.
- Onboard customers and guide them through registration and initial setup.
- Help customers start their first project and successfully use the platform.
- Follow up with customers who are inactive or drop off during the journey.
- Drive product engagement and repeat usage.
- Track customer adoption, activation, and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and the StudioIP Product team.




- Collect customer feedback and identify product adoption challenges.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Product Adoption, Implementation, Product Specialist, or Customer Engagement roles.
- Comfortable communicating with corporate customers and demonstrating digital products.
- Robust follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and basic conversion metrics.
- Curious about technology and interested in AI-enabled workflows.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Candidates from pure sales, business development, digital marketing, SEO/PPC, or social media backgrounds are not the primary fit for this role. Key Objective The ideal candidate should be able to take a customer from product introduction → demo → onboarding → first project → successful usage → repeat adoption.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
