WHAT WILL YOU OWN?

Payroll Processing: Calculate and process salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions (tax, benefits) in a timely manner.

Compliance & Tax: Ensure strict adherence to state, and local tax laws; prepare and submit payroll reports.

Accounting: End to end accounting with payroll.





Support monthend close activities related to payroll accounting, Post payroll journals and ensure accurate mapping in the general ledger.

System Administration: Update and maintain payroll software, including employee data, hires, terminations, and leave tracking.

Reporting & Auditing: Generate reports for management review and participate in payroll audits.

Employee Support: Resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently
