Key Responsibilities

Quality

Management IATF 16949

- Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.

- Coordinate internal, customer, certification, and surveillance audits.

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 customer-specific requirements (CSR).

- Monitor and drive closure of internal, customer, and third-party audit findings.

- Maintain and control QMS procedures, manuals, work instructions, formats, and records.

- Coordinate APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC and other core quality tools.

- Monitor quality KPIs and drive corrective and preventive actions.

- Lead Management Review Meetings and track action closure.

- Support customer complaint analysis and corrective action implementation.

2.

Integrated Management

System

- Integrate IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements into plant processes.

- Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).

- Conduct periodic compliance reviews and identify system gaps.

- Coordinate external certification and customer audits.

- Ensure effective implementation of document control,



risk management, change management, CAPA, and continual improvement.

- Conduct awareness and training programs for employees and relevant stakeholders.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

- Internal/Lead Auditor experience.

- Knowledge of automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and Control Plan.

- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance.

- Solid audit, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, HR, EHS, Maintenance and other functions.

- Experience in handling customer and certification audits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Audit findings and timely closure.
