KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Partner with Business/Functional Heads and RLs to identify performance and capability gaps.
- Convert business problems into measurable Learning & Capability interventions.
- Establish baseline, target and expected business outcome before every major intervention.
- Design and execute technical, functional, behavioral and leadership development programs

Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Rail, Commissioning and Support functions.
- Build Role/Skill Competency Matrices and identify critical skill gaps.




- Drive on-the-job application, manager validation and post-training performance improvement.
- Establish L&;D ROI and Business Impact measurement covering productivity, quality, rework, delivery, cost, time-to-

competency and other relevant KPIs.
- Build internal capability through SMEs, internal trainers, knowledge sharing and structured learning journeys.
- Manage external training/vendor investments based on business need, expected impact and ROI.
- Publish a monthly L&D; Business Impact Dashboard and present quarterly outcomes to management.
