Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for Calibration, Instrumentation & Automation related activities for the entire site.
- Hands on Experience in Programming of PLC, SCADA & HMI ( Siemens, Allen Bradley).
- Backup of all PLC & SCADA based systems in the plant.
- Responsible for Troubleshooting & Maintenance of process equipment's like Bioreactors, Autoclaves, Filling Machines, TFF systems, Chromatography systems, Lyophilizer, Packing Machines.
- Led and support internal and external audits by regulatory audits likes USFDA, MHRA, WHO etc.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (QA, Production, validation) during audits.
- Support for Project related activities, Current equipment Qualification and Commissioning.
- Coordinate with vendors for handling, root cause analysis,change control, Investigation and CAPA) (if required).
- Any other responsibility assigned by Section Head/HOD/Plant Head
