Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance management systems.

- Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly.

- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Design and implement effective HR policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position.

- Solid knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, talent acquisition, training, and development.

- Proven ability to boost employee engagement, retention, and reduce attrition rates.

- Experience with performance management systems and employee grievance resolution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
