Role Purpose

Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Learning &

- Development and Organization Development initiatives to build organizational capability, drive digital learning adoption, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with Kia India's business objectives.

- Role: Assistant Manager (Individual Contributor)

- Department: HRD

- Reporting: Head of Section

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical, behavioral, and functional development programs.

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify capability gaps aligned with business priorities.

- Manage the annual training calendar and ensure timely implementation of learning initiatives

- Support employee onboarding, organizational culture, and development initiatives

- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration, learning records, and training compliance.

- Measure training effectiveness and generate insights through learning analytics and dashboards.

- Manage external learning partners, consultants, industry forums, and benchmarking initiatives.

- Drive AI-enabled learning solutions and digital learning initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and accessibility

- Identify and implement innovative learning technologies, e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.

- Monitor department budgets and ensure optimum utilization

- Prepare management reports, presentations, and insights on learning and organizational development metrics.

Qualification &

- Experience

- Any graduate with relevant experience (B.E. / B.Tech preferred).

- Minimum 4~7 Years of relevant experience in Training &
- Development

- Experience in designing and implementing capability-building and organizational development initiatives.

- Exposure to AI-enabled learning solutions and learning technology platforms is preferred.

- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or large-scale corporate organizations will be an added advantage.
