Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage employee onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.

- Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax filings.

- Coordinate HR operations such as perks administration, performance management systems, and compliance reporting.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and data integrity throughout the employee lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

- 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources Operations or related field.

- Strong understanding of employee life cycle processes from recruitment to termination.

- Proficiency in Payroll software (e.g. ADP) and ability to troubleshoot issues with payroll processing.

- Experience with onboarding software (e.g. Workday) or willingness to learn.
