Role & responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Responsible to ensure all Biochemistry lab related testing and its release within timeline.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the instrumentation lab, leading a team of analysts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of laboratory practices.
- To ensure the recent instrument qualification for Biochemistry Lab
- To ensure analytical method transfer and validation of Biochemistry lab related testing methods (e.g., Host Cell Protein (HCP), Host Cell DNA (HCD), Residual Protein A (RPA) CE-SDS (Capillary Electrophoresis), SDS, WBT but not limited to) for in-process samples and finished products.
- Supervise and mentor a team of QC analysts, providing guidance and support in technical troubleshooting and best practices.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of Biochemistry lab.
