Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain annual operating plans, budgets, and financial models to support business objectives.
- Analyze financial performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on key financial metrics and KPIs.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) or related field.
- Solid skills in budgeting, budget forecasting, cost control management, IFRS compliance.
- Proficiency in creating complex financial models using tools like AOP/FP&A; software.
