Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Assistant Manager Finance, based in Delhi, India.

The Assistant Manager

Finance will oversee daily financial operations, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities will also include preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, supporting audits, and assisting in the management of accounting functions.



The role involves collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain financial health and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Experience with Accounting and Bookkeeping processes
- Knowledge of financial compliance and audit preparation
- Proficiency in Financial Management and Reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in setting up or managing Global Capabilities Centers (GCCs) is preferred
