Role Description The Assistant HRBP will support the HR Business Partner function in aligning people practices with business objectives for assigned projects and departments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves collaborating with managers on workforce planning, talent acquisition support, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. The role includes assisting in performance management processes, maintaining HR data and documentation, and coordinating training and development activities.

The Assistant HRBP will help address employee queries, support policy implementation, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and relevant labor regulations. The role requires close partnership with cross-functional teams to drive a positive work culture and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Strong HR fundamentals, including exposure to employee lifecycle processes (recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, and exit procedures).
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws,



and compliance practices relevant to the real estate or construction sector.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, data management, and use of HRIS or HR-related software tools.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a structured approach to handling employee queries and concerns.
- Ability to work on-site in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or 1-2 years of experience in HRBP, generalist HR, or HR operations roles, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or similar industries.
