- Plan for outlet budget and review forecast on revenue and expenditure on monthly basic.

- Analyze and submit month-end reports and identify deviation from business plan goals.

- Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the outlet.

- Plan, implement, and evaluate profit enhancement initiatives in collaboration with F&B; Manager, the Culinary and Marketing Departments, while also driving Accor All and Accor Explorer membership enrollments to achieve departmental targets.

- Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food & beverage costs, productivity, labor costs and operating supply costs for the outlet is in line with budget.

Qualifications





- Degree in Hotel Management / Food & Beverage preferred

- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

- Positive reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

- High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
