1. Restaurant Operations

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across FOH & BOH.
- Uphold service excellence in alignment with luxury hospitality and heritage standards.
- Monitor guest flow, reservations, and special event coordination.
- Oversee compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory regulations.

2. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

- Personally interact with high-profile and VIP guests.
- Maintain guest satisfaction levels through feedback and service recovery.
- Ensure authentic Indian fine-dining experience with attention to detail in presentation, ambience, and service rituals.
- Curate bespoke dining experiences for special occasions and palace events.

3. Financial & Business Performance

- Achieve monthly and annual revenue, cost, and profitability targets.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs while maintaining premium standards.
- Analyze P&L;, sales mix, and guest trends to drive business growth.

4. Team Leadership & HR

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of managers, chefs, and service staff.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and build a culture of excellence.
- Oversee recruitment, training, grooming, and succession planning.
- Foster a heritage-driven yet up-to-date work culture aligned with City Palace values.

5. Marketing & Brand Development

- Collaborate with marketing for brand positioning, PR, and promotions.
- Build partnerships with luxury travel operators, event planners, and influencers.
- Manage guest loyalty programs, VIP engagement, and repeat clientele.
- Highlight restaurant’s USP: authentic royal Indian dining experience.

6. Event & Banquet Management

- Coordinate palace dining events, private banquets, and curated experiences.
- Liaise with City Palace event management for heritage experiences (weddings, royal dinners, cultural evenings).
- Ensure seamless execution of high-profile events and guest handling.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
