Role Description The Assistant Director of Human Resources at Dil Foods is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position supports the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, advising leadership on HR best practices, managing performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves partnering with managers on talent development, handling HR operations, and contributing to organizational culture and engagement initiatives.





The Assistant

Director of HR will also assist in workforce planning, HR reporting, and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience designing and implementing HR frameworks.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and Performance Management, with the ability to coach managers and resolve workplace issues fairly.
- Sound knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and HR governance standards.
- Experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; qualified HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a leadership or senior HR role within food-tech, hospitality, or a similar high-growth sector is beneficial.
