Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and responsible Assistant Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination between customers, sales, project, service, and internal teams. The candidate will assist in maintaining records, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams for project and service-related activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding documents, schedules, payments, and requirements.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project-related documents and records.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain daily reports, trackers, and status updates.
- Support the team in preparing quotations, work orders, invoices, and other documents.
- Follow up with technicians, engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle calls, emails,



and customer queries professionally.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned coordination and administrative tasks.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or related field is an advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, customer support, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the solar/renewable energy industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
