Tent Studio is looking for an energetic and responsible Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join our growing retail operations team.

? Location: Patna and Purnia

? Experience: 2–4 Years

? Qualification: Graduate

? Department: Branch Operations

? Key Responsibilities

- Support the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch operations
- Drive daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
- Monitor key sales metrics including Footfall, Conversion Rate, AVPT, AUPT & ASP
- Manage, train, and motivate the branch team
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth customer experience
- Monitor stock, inventory, replenishment & MSL
- Handle ERP/POS-based inventory and MIS reporting
- Support local marketing, customer calling & engagement activities
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounts, HR, Marketing & HO teams
- Take responsibility for branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards
