- Drive catering, banquet and event sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage corporate events, weddings, conferences, MICE and social events.
- Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, proposals and negotiations.
- Coordinate with F&B;, Banquets and Operations teams for smooth event execution.
- Manage sales leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Requirements:
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in Catering / Banquet / Hotel Sales.
- Strong communication, client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in catering/event sales within the hospitality industry.
- Candidates from premium/luxury hotel backgrounds preferred.
