About the Role

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join the Asset Management Client Account Management team in Bengaluru. The role will support Client Account Managers in delivering high-quality service to institutional, sub-advisory and global liquidity clients.

The successful candidate will coordinate with multiple internal teams, prepare business reports, manage account maintenance activities and ensure that client-related tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Primary Client Account Managers in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Investment Specialists, Cash Management, Guideline Management and other internal teams.
- Process and coordinate account maintenance requests, including:
- Cash flow updates
- Account opening
- Reporting setup
- Fee invoice setup
- Guideline setup
- Exclusion list maintenance
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Support the ongoing improvement of client servicing processes.
- Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with regional procedures.
- Maintain a clear audit trail and follow maker-checker and quality-control requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholder requests effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with local and global teams.




- Provide regular status updates and escalate issues when required.
- Support team performance and administrative activities, where applicable.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate or postgraduate degree.
- 3–6 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience preparing business, operational or management reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Excellent prioritization, time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with local and global teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and continually changing environment.
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic and a collaborative approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in asset management, asset servicing, client services, custody or investment banking.
- Basic understanding of asset management and financial markets.
- Familiarity with different asset classes and investment products.
- Knowledge of client servicing processes.
- Experience working with international stakeholders or global teams.
- Prior experience supporting or managing a small team.

Additional Information

- Laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.
- The role requires working from the Bengaluru office five days per week.
- The position follows the designated afternoon/evening shift.
