BE in Mechanical Engineering, 6 years of experience Responsibility Skill in New projects handling Responsible for maintaining the Safety in the group Experience in Schedule preparation and explanation to top management Responsible for the quality performance of the group Project related parts to despatch as per target date to customers and TRJ Responsible for ensuring the standardized work Basic knowledge of LVPT/ HVPT/ MPT Responsible for Root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation Supplier handling Maintain &

- Ensure the shopfloor rules are followed in the group Developing packing specification Support and motivate TLs to execute the productivity improvement in the lines by kaizen Good interpersonal skill &
- Should know MS Office &
- AutoCAD Responsible for analysing and improving the team efficiency & productivity of the group Able to work under pressure Gorika improvement-Generate & execute cost saving ideas Skill in New projects handling Change point management in the group Experience in Schedule preparation and explanation to top management Recent man power introduction, allocation, education, evaluation,

Experience in Schedule preparation and explanation to top management Ensure the 2S condition in the overall group. Project related parts to despatch as per target date to customers and TRJ Listen to associate's voice and take prompt action to their grievances and update to the Manager Basic knowledge of LVPT/ HVPT/ MPT Organize CFT discssions with QA, Maitenance and PE whenever required support in solving problems Basic knowledge of LVPT/ HVPT/ MPT Responsible for preparing & presenting the monthly quality & production meeting presentation for the group
