Role & responsibilities

- Manage ASIC development programs: schedule, performance, power, and cost
- Risk management and mitigation planning
- Ensure effective change control, development reviews, and ASIC development processes
- Report to senior management on milestones, metrics, risks, and mitigation plans
- Collaborate with design leads, implementation teams, and program managers

Location: Bangalore Experience: 3-5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Mandatory Skills:

- End-to-end ASIC development cycle experience
- Proficient in Microsoft tools: MPP, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven program management track record

Preferred candidate profile Experience with 3-5 Years

Immediate joiners are highly preferred
