Role Description The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Trainer at Technoledge™ will design and deliver instructor-led training programs in AI, Machine Learning, and related technologies to students and faculty in an academic setting. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves developing curricula, lesson plans, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with industry standards and institutional requirements. The AI Trainer will conduct classroom and lab sessions, mentor learners on projects and research initiatives,



and provide guidance on practical implementation of AI and data-driven solutions.

The role includes collaborating with academic and industry partners to update content, integrating emerging tools and platforms into training, and contributing to CoE activities such as workshops, bootcamps, and certification preparation. The trainer will also track learner progress, share feedback with stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of training methodologies and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, operating systems, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Data Science and Machine Learning, covering model development, evaluation, statistical concepts, and real-world applications.
- Solid Programming skills in languages commonly used for AI and data science (such as Python, R, or Java) and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data interpretation, and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured manner.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in technical domains, preferably in academic institutions or professional training environments.
- Knowledge of AI/ML tools and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Jupyter, cloud-based ML services) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
