AI Developer Contract-2-Hire(C2H)

Experience

6-8 years of relevant software development experience, including at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI or Generative

AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI and Generative AI solutions for business and product use cases.

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Build applications using Large Language Models, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval-

Augmented Generation.

Evaluate and integrate suitable commercial and open-source AI models.

Develop AI agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, document-processing solutions, and predictive models.

Prepare, clean, transform, and validate structured and unstructured data for model development.

Train, fine-tune, test, and optimise language models.

Develop secure and scalable APIs for integrating AI capabilities with enterprise applications.

Deploy AI solutions in cloud, on-premise, or private-cloud environments.

Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and governance.

Monitor production models and troubleshoot performance, quality, and integration issues.

Maintain technical documentation, source code, test cases, deployment procedures, and operating guides.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Information Security, and business teams.





Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and assess their relevance to the organisations products.

Required Technical Skills

Strong programming experience in Quick API, React, LangChain, LangGraph (Basic),ML, DL

Good knowledge of deep-learning concepts.

Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models such as CHATGPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.

Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, function calling, structured output, embeddings, and RAG.

Experience with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph (Basic), ML and DL

Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, or pgvector.

Experience developing REST APIs

Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.

Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or on-premise AI infrastructure.

Understanding of model monitoring, data pipelines, experiment tracking, and model versioning.

Knowledge of secure coding, data privacy, access controls, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
