Working Days: Mon-Sat (17 Saturdays off annually)

About the Role: We are looking for an AI Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation applications across different business functions. The candidate should be capable of understanding a business process, converting it into an AI-driven workflow, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems/data, and developing production-ready AI applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Agentic AI workflows for business process automation.
- Build AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, decision-making, and multi-step task execution.
- Convert existing manual business processes into AI-enabled workflows.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other models through APIs.
- Develop applications using Python and Java.
- Build and manage integrations with ERP, databases, APIs, email, documents, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using organizational data and documents.
- Work with SQL and MongoDB / NoSQL databases.
- Implement agent orchestration, tool calling, workflow routing, memory, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Develop APIs and backend services for AI applications.
- Work with automation/orchestration platforms such as n8n, Make,



Power Automate, or similar tools where appropriate.
- Perform prompt engineering and optimize prompts for accuracy, reliability, and cost.
- Implement structured outputs, validation, exception handling, retries, logging, and monitoring.
- Test AI workflows for accuracy, hallucination, edge cases, security, and reliability.
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, tools, and technologies for potential business applications.
- Document solution architecture, workflows, APIs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure security, access control, data privacy, and responsible use of AI in developed applications.

Requirements:

- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good knowledge of Java or similar backend programming language.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or equivalent.
- Understanding of Agentic AI architecture and multi-step AI workflows.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of API development and REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB / NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs.
- Knowledge of Git and version control.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization,



API security, and data security.
- Strong AI enthusiast who actively experiments with new AI models, frameworks, and tools.
- Comfortable building solutions from prototype to production.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Able to understand business processes, not just technical requirements.
- Self-driven and willing to continuously learn new AI technologies.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving AI setting.
- Capable of independently researching and solving technical problems.
- Relevant AI / GenAI certifications would be an added advantage.
- Strong practical AI development experience can be considered over specialization in a specific degree.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- n8n / Make / Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Docker and containerization.
- Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector, or equivalent.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP, CRM, HRMS, email, document management, or other enterprise systems.
- Front-end development knowledge using React, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with MCP, tool/function calling, and multi-agent architectures.
- Understanding of OCR, document processing, vision models, and multimodal AI.
- Experience deploying production-grade AI applications.
