? What You Will Do ? Assurance Assignments

- Support in statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Execute audit procedures per ICAI standards
- Prepare working papers and reports under guidance

? IPO Advisory Support

- Assist with financial due diligence and DRHP preparation
- Coordinate with merchant bankers and legal teams




- Ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR and Company Law provisions

? Who You Are

- CA Inter (Both Groups) Cleared
- Strong grasp of Accounting Standards, Audit & Company Law
- Good with MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Interest in IPOs and capital markets is a bonus
