Function: HORECA Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a sales professional to develop and grow the HORECA business for the company's Frozen Meat division.

The role will involve acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts and driving sales with Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, QSRs, Foodservice and other institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop current business opportunities within the HORECA and Foodservice segment.
- Identify and approach hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs and other institutional customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Purchase Managers, Procurement Teams, Chefs and F&B; teams.
- Promote and sell frozen meat and food products to B2B customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate regular orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle customer negotiations, commercial discussions and follow-ups.




- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for increasing business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer servicing.
- Conduct market visits and develop new customer accounts as required.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in HORECA / Foodservice / Institutional Sales.
- Experience in Frozen Food, Meat, Poultry, Seafood or other Food Products will be preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Experience dealing directly with hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs or institutional customers.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel/meet customers as required.
