Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive the sales and market development of ICX Dental Implant Systems in Andhra Pradesh and the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in dental implant sales, dental products, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales, with a passion for building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets by promoting ICX Dental Implant solutions to dentists and dental specialists.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell ICX Dental Implant Systems.




- Develop robust relationships with implantologists, prosthodontists, oral & maxillofacial surgeons, periodontists, and general dentists.
- Identify and convert new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, chairside demonstrations, and scientific discussions with doctors.
- Organize Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programs, workshops, hands-on courses, and product training sessions.
- Prepare and implement monthly territory business plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide regular market intelligence.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily visit reports and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and scientific meetings.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory to develop and support customers.

EligibilityPreferred Candidates
- Experience in Dental Implant Sales
- Experience in Dental Consumables or Dental Equipment Sales
- Experience in Medical Device Sales

Also Eligible




- Minimum 2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- B.Sc., B.Pharm., MBA (Marketing), or BDS will be an added advantage.
