CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Experience in self-drilling screws, construction fasteners, roofing sheets, hardware or related building materials; direct roofing-fastener experience preferred.

- Proven dealer-development, repeat-business and collection results; strong territory knowledge, negotiation skills and practical product understanding.

- Working knowledge of Excel/CRM and relevant regional languages. Graduation preferred; strong relevant industry experience will also be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and execute a district-wise territory plan to achieve agreed sales, collection and dealer-activation targets.

- Activate existing MG dealers and identify, evaluate and onboard new distributors, dealers and stockists under company approval.

- Develop roofing contractors, fabricators and project buyers through regular visits, product demonstrations, training and fabricator meetings.

- Explain screw selection,



application suitability and installation precautions using approved technical information.

- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closure within approved prices, schemes, credit limits and payment terms.

- Own payment follow-ups and collections; escalate overdue accounts and obtain approval for any credit or pricing exception.

- Monitor dealer inventory, replenishment and repeat orders; submit monthly demand forecasts by screw size for import and stock planning.

- Coordinate orders, dispatches, billing and complaint resolution with operations, accounts and technical teams.

- Maintain CRM records, visit reports, sales pipelines and forecasts; report market demand, competitor activity and lost-order reasons.

- Implement dealer promotions and identify roofing-sheet opportunities for the existing MG sales team, with clear account ownership.
