Job Summary:-

Creamy Foods Limited is looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to drive HORECA & Institutional sales in Hyderabad & Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Drive sales and business development for HORECA & Institutional customers in Hyderabad & Bangalore.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, QSRs, Bakeries, Cafs, Cloud Kitchens and Institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new HORECA & institutional accounts.
- Manage and expand the distributor/dealer network for the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Handle product portfolio including Butter, Fresh Cream, Ghee and other Dairy Products.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Coordinate with distributors, customers and internal teams for smooth order execution and service.




- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback and business development plans for the assigned territory.

Key Requirements:-

- Valuable network among Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, QSRs, Bakeries and Institutional Buyers.
- Robust distributor management and business development skills.
- Good understanding of the Hyderabad & & Bangalore market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Candidate should be willing to undertake regular market visits.

Preferred Candidate Dairy industry experience will be preferred. Candidates with relevant FMCG/Food industry experience with strong HORECA & Institutional sales exposure may also apply.
