Dr. Reddys Laboratories is inviting applications for the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Gynaecology/GP/CP segment. The role involves driving sales performance, managing doctor relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the assigned territory independently

Drive prescription generation in Gynaecology/GP/CP segment

- Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Execute brand strategies and promotional activities
- Provide regular market feedback and reports

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 6–12 years
- Mandatory: Experience in the same HQ (Tirupati)

Therapy Exposure: Gynaecology/GP/CP

Skills Required:

- Robust communication skills
- Proven sales and territory handling capability
- Consistent track record of target achievement
