Job Summary

Glorified Orthotech is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth, strengthen distributor networks, and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals across the assigned territory. The role focuses on promoting orthopaedic implants, instruments, and related products while ensuring consistent market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area
- Develop and manage relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and dealers
- Conduct regular hospital visits, surgeon meetings, and product demonstrations
- Appoint, train, and manage distributors and channel partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Support surgeries and product usage when required
- Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with accounts team
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Life Sciences preferred)




- 1–2 years of experience in orthopaedic / medical device sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated with strong target-orientation
- Knowledge of orthopaedic products and hospital sales process is an advantage
