This role demands a seasoned retail qualified who can drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and enhance customer experience across multiple stores located in malls and high street retail spaces.
????????????????:
● Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple retail stores in the region.
● Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
● Recruit, train, and manage store teams including Store Managers and Sales Associates.
● Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising standards to ensure brand consistency.
● Implement retail SOPs and ensure compliance with operational policies across all outlets.
● Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance, customer experience, and visual merchandising.
● Collaborate closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Product teams to drive in-store activations and promotions.
● Analyze sales data and consumer insights to inform business decisions and retail strategy.
● Build strong relationships with mall management teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

● At least 5 years of multi-store leadership, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
● Demonstrated delivery of sales and profitability targets across a comparable store network.
● Experience improving underperforming stores and developing Store Managers.
● Ability to interpret store P&Ls; and translate retail MIS into actions.
● New-store opening experience and willingness to travel extensively within the region
