Experience:- 5–8 years of relevant experience in the Restaurant / QSR Industry, preferably with multi-outlet operations exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee multiple outlet operations across the South territory.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, service standards, SOP compliance and business performance.
- Lead team hiring, onboarding, training & development across outlets.
- Monitor sales, inventory, manpower, operational costs & outlet performance.
- Handle day-to-day operational challenges across multiple locations and provide practical, timely solutions.
- Ensure effective reporting, coordination & liaisoning with the management and support functions.




- Drive operational consistency & execution across all outlets.
- Regularly travel across Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai as required.

Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of QSR / restaurant operations.
- Proven experience in multi-outlet management.
- Robust leadership, team-handling & problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting capabilities.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the South territory.

Travel: Open to travel across South India (Compulsory)

Base Location: Bangalore India

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
