What makes the role meaty?

1. Manage end-to-end last-mile/hub operations across assigned locations.
2. Lead and develop Hub Managers / Team Leads and frontline teams.
3. Drive rider/manpower hiring, attendance, productivity and retention.
4. Monitor key operational metrics including SLA, delivery performance, productivity, cost and customer experience.
5. Identify operational gaps and implement effective RCA and action plans.
6.



Manage daily business performance and ensure achievement of targets.
7. Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
9. Ensure compliance with company processes, safety and quality standards.

We hope that you have...

1. 4+ years of experience in Last Mile / Logistics / E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Fleet / Delivery Operations
2. Strong people-management and leadership skills
3. Experience managing large frontline teams
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Positive understanding of operational metrics and cost management
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment
7. Immediate joiner or candidate who can join within 7 days preferred
