? Role & Responsibilities:

- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube, Ads, Course Content, Lifestyle Videos).
- Create story-driven edits that engage, educate, and inspire audiences.
- Collaborate with the core Team36 on campaigns, course materials, and brand storytelling .
- Repurpose raw footage into platform-ready content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- Bring creativity, speed, and consistency to every project.

? Skills We’re Looking For:

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve/ CapCut (or any other equivalent).
- Ability to create engaging motion graphics, captions, transitions .
- Experience in editing social-first content (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
- A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and music sync.
- Bonus: Knowledge of AI video tools and trend adaptation.
